We're aware of phone scams to Medicaid members from people who pretend to be from INTotal Health or another Managed Care Organization (MCO). If you get a phone call from anyone who asks for your credit or debit card numbers, please know this is not someone from INTotal Health. If we contact you, we will always say who we are and will never ask for your credit or debit card numbers. If you ever feel as if you need to speak with our staff, please call us at 1-855-323-5588.

Effective April 1, 2014...

Effective April 1, 2014, INTotal Health will accept only the updated 1500 Claim Form version 02/12 for claims received on or after April 1, 2014. To read the entire provider notification, click the following link: Updated CMS 1500 Claim Form Notification. To retrieve the revised 1500 Claim Form, please visit the National Uniform Claim Committee (NUCC) website at www.nucc.org. In the drop down list under the 1500 Claim Form tab, click on 02/12 1500 Claim Form.

What stays the same?

You do not have to do anything to keep your health insurance with INTotal Health. Your Amerigroup coverage automatically rolls over to INTotal Health.

  • You will receive all the same great benefits, but with a new name and look.
  • All previously approved services and prescriptions are covered.
  • You may continue to see your PCP.  Providers in the Amerigroup network are now a part of the INTotal Health network.
  • The same dedicated case managers and case specialists are here to help coordinate your care.
