How to Contact Staff Regarding Utilization Management Issues

Members, if you have any Utilization Management (UM) inquires during normal business hours, please call:

  • Member Services at: 1.855.323.5588.  If members are deaf or hard of hearing, please call TDD/TTY 711.

  • Normal Business Hours: Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

After normal business hours, your message will be sent to the UM team and someone will return you call the next business day.

How You Obtain Lanaguage Help to Talk to Us About How We Manage Care and Services


For members who do not speak English, we are able to help in many different languages and dialects. This service is also available for visits with your Primary Care Physician (PCP) at no cost to you. Please let us know if you need an interpreter at least 24 hours before your appointment. We also can provide copies of any type of member information in other formats for members with limited sight.
